Which Faith Formation Program Is Right for You?
Every family's faith journey is different. Find the description below that best matches you or your child.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION
For baptized children who are preparing to receive First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.
OCIA FOR CHILDREN & TEENS
For children and teens ages 7–17 who have not been baptized or who need preparation to receive additional Sacraments of Christian Initiation.
CONFIRMATION
For baptized youth who are preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
OCIA FOR ADULTS
For adults seeking Baptism, reception into the Catholic Church, or completion of their Sacraments of Christian Initiation.

Have your child's Baptismal certificate available.
CONFIRMATION
Have your child's Baptismal and First Holy Communion certificates available.

OCIA / CHRISTIAN INITIATION
Sacramental documentation will depend on whether the person has been baptized and which Sacraments have already been received.
